Our goal is for your event to be the best it can be! Safety for everyone involved is our greatest priority, so please review the following policies before your event:

All inflatables must be within 100 feet of a power source. More than 100 feet of extension cord must not be used.

Customers renting water slides must provide enough water hose to reach the intended place of setup.

The wave slide and the turbo slide cannot be moved by hand. The delivering truck must be able to reach the intended place of setup.

All inflatables must be secured in some manner.  The delivery crew can refuse to set up any jumper if adequate means of securing the inflatable are not available.

The customer will be asked to approve the location of stakes placed at the location of setup.  The delivery crew and Jumpin’ Jaxx will not be responsible for repair of any underground pipe or wiring under these circumstances.

No alterations or attachments will be made to any Jumpin' Jaxx unit without prior approval of owner.

User agrees to keep Jumpin' Jaxx units in his/her custody and not to sublease, rent, sell, remove from the delivery address, or otherwise transfer such Jumpin' Jaxx units. Jumpin' Jaxx units will remain on the property of the User and may be removed by the Owner at any time after the termination of the rental agreement.

Jumpin' Jaxx units are reliable, and great care is taken to ensure proper working order. Should any Jumpin' Jaxx unit begin to deflate, 1) the motor may have stopped, in which case, please check the cord connection at the outlet near the motor; 2) If the motor is still running, check the air intake on the side of the motor for blockage, and check both tubes on the back of the unit for snugness and retie if necessary. If you cannot correct the problem, call 843-524-JUMP (5867) for assistance.

User agrees to keep Jumpin' Jaxx units in the same condition as when received, ordinary wear expected.
